Kelli has twenty years of experience in the field of talent recruitment, learning, and organizational development, and currently serves as the Director of Provider Recruitment and Onboarding for the ... Medical College of Wisconsin. Her healthcare experience also includes serving as the Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Nordic, a healthcare consulting firm, and as the Director of Provider Recruitment and Retention for Mercyhealth. She is a native of Janesville, Wisconsin, and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and Master’s degree from Purdue University. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership. Kelli has led talent and learning programs for Johnsonville Sausage and American Family Insurance, as well as serving as a non-profit executive and higher education leader. She is passionate about building relationships, developing and executing strategic initiatives, and connecting people with opportunities. Kelli is actively involved in the Janesville Morning Rotary Club, Women’s Fund of Rock County, and serves on the leadership team for the Downtown Janesville revitalization efforts. She is also serving on the Iowa State University Alumni Association Board of Directors. When not busy with these activities, Kelli enjoys gardening, traveling, and outdoor recreational activities.
