Wisconsin Staff Physician Recruiters (WSPR), is an organization of healthcare professionals employed directly by the healthcare systems, clinics and hospitals in Wisconsin.  The primary commitment of WSPR is to provide effective, ethical recruitment and retention of high quality healthcare providers to the state of Wisconsin, advocacy for issues critical to provider recruitment and continuing professional education.   We are not outside recruiters or “head hunters”.

Every year, WSPR donates to the Wisconsin Medical Society Foundation to sponsor white coats for incoming medical students. With this sponsorship, WSPR helps in supporting medical education and research and programs to increase health equity and access in Wisconsin.
